Interactive Media Fall Showcase Whether you have an interest in Interactive Media, want to find out more about the program or just support your peers and their work, come see the Interactive Media Showcase. The showcase will feature both projects and interactive performances created by NYU Abu Dhabi students. The exhibition of the final projects will be split into several categories, including Introduction to IM, Games & Play, Decoding Nature, Communications Lab and others. The performances planned for the evening include: Circuit Breakers! and Sensors, Body & Motion. Come see your fellow students’ final works and enjoy various interactive performances and projects in the Arts Center Room 006 from 6 p.m. on Dec. 13.

The event will provide students with a range of opportunities to pursue during their time at NYUAD and after graduation. Startup Grind, in partnership with Google for Startups, has arranged an event to do precisely that. Come learn the best practices and advice from networking professionals Clemens Mielke, Founder of Referbility.com, and Sohaib Hasan, LinkedIn Influencer. Students will have the chance to network with both professionals in the field and one another, enjoy some food and celebrate the end of the fall semester with a holiday party.
